Kenni Jay spent most of her younger life studying under her father Dee Johnson of LGTV Productions. It was under his tutelage where she developed her love for multimedia. After her studies of Communication and several Marketing internships at the University of Louisville, she decided to fuse her passions for the two and venture forth on her path to building her creative empire.

"You Mustn't Be Afraid To Dream A Little Bigger Darling" is her favorite quote that she lives by. Her favorite part of brand alignment is finding the disconnects and giving companies the tools and resources to clearly and impactfully communicate their purpose with their audience.

Born and raised in Louisville, KY. Rio Lasean has a degree in Mathematics and uses his knowledge and expertise to ensure that all aspects of any project are in proper order. His experience living in Europe gives him a unique perspective on building relationships and producing content for an international audience.

Lifelong learning is a core belief that shows in his approach to collaboration. His favorite part of brand management is conducting deductive thematic analysis to find the the unifying aspects of a particular company!
